1. Pectoral Press

To do this, you will need to put a five pound weight in each of your hands. After that, stand on your knees and slightly bent your body with your feet set apart lined to your shoulders.

Keep your back straight and the abs tight. Now bend your elbows along the side with a right angled position according to your body. Press your forearms slowly with your hands and elbows together in front of the chest. Begin each movement coming from the pectoral muscles. Press your arms slowly at the back to the start position. Repeat this procedure for 3 to 12 times.

2. Push Up

This is a usual exercise mostly done by men who wants to have a muscular body. But for women, this is the answer to have larger breasts. You can do this by focusing on your pectoral muscles instead of the usual biceps and shoulder. Just lie on your stomach, knees bent while crossing your ankles.

Your hands will be placed in front of your shoulders while bending your elbow. Tighten the abs and put your arms straight while lifting your body with your palms and knees. Keep your body aligned straightly at the top of your head. Tuck your face toward the floor with a straight spine. Then bend the elbows bringing your body into a parallel position with the floor. Then push your body upwards. Repeat this for sets of 2 with other exercises done in between each.

3. Incline Press

This is just like the pectoral press but done on an inclined board. Lie on the board while your upper neck is propped up together with your neck and shoulders. Use a pillow for support. Bend the elbows sideward at a right angle position to your body. Then slightly tuck the chin so that your body will remain straight.

Press the ends slowly with the weights up until you touch the front of your chest. Press the elbows on the back slowly and back again to the starting position. Repeat this procedure for 3 sets. Those are the best breast enlargement exercises you can do at home. If you perform these regularly, you are sure to have larger and firmer breast in no time.
